Grade and documents
We suggest a grade and send its TDS and SDS, with a representative COA.
Sample and quote
You test the sample side by side with your current grade; we quote for the packing and port you need.

Do you send samples?
Yes. Tell us the application and the grade you use now, and we suggest a sample for side-by-side testing.
Which documents do you provide?
The TDS and SDS of the grade, a representative COA before you order, and a COA with every shipped lot.
How are products packed?
Most powders ship in 25 kg paper or woven bags with a liner. Other packing is agreed per order.
Can you supply food or pharmacopoeia grades?
For MCC, CMC and HPMC grades intended for those uses. Tell us the monograph and market, and we confirm the grade and documents before quoting.
